Imbue means to permeate or influence.
At Imbue Wellness & Acupuncture I want to help you Imbue Wellness into your life.
Meet Mandi benson
Hi! I’m Mandi.
I am a licensed and board-certified acupuncturist and Chinese medicine (herbalist) practitioner. I have been in the healthcare field for most of my adult life. I am passionate about truly listening to people and empowering them with the tools to Imbue Wellness into their life. Meeting people where they are at is most important to me. Each patient is at a different place with their healing, and we will start wherever that is.

my background
I began my education with a degree in Cultural Anthropology. I spent five years learning about and immersing myself in different cultures around the world, living for a year in England and traveling throughout Europe. This part of my life paved the way to becoming the fun, compassionate, open-minded and understanding healthcare provider I am today. I appreciate and respect the richness and diversity of people and their lives.
Upon my return from the U.K., I began a career in the mental health field. When I became a Program Director running a non-profit, I found I missed being able to work with patients one-on-one, and I wanted the ability to approach healthcare with my patients from a wider lens. The many years spent studying nutrition, Western herbs, meditation, energy, emotional and physical health, and trauma, led me to pursuing a degree in a holistic, wellness-centered medicine… Acupuncture and Chinese (Eastern) medicine.
I am a general practitioner with advanced training in infertility and mental health. I am especially passionate about treating stress, fertility and family planning, teen health and general wellness care. In my practice I treat a lot of pain, women’s health-focusing on fertility, stress, digestive issues, sleep issues and general wellness.
When I’m not treating patients in clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family and being in nature. I love good food, traveling, adventures and trying new things. One of my favorite ways to relax is with a good book and a cup of herbal tea. I believe in the balance of yin and yang in life and make it a priority to balance adventure, family, and fun with peace, solitude, and rejuvenation.
My Approach
I am a fun, down to earth and goal-oriented practitioner. The journey to health can be a hard one. Life often leads us away from health, leaving us with disharmony in our body which manifests as unwanted symptoms. Whether this manifest as acute or chronic issues it can take its toll on our quality of life.
My goal is for us to work together to empower you toward health and harmony in your mind and body, one step at a time. One step away from these symptoms and illnesses is one step toward wellness. These small steps bring balance and harmony back to the body, imbuing your life with a new sense of wellness, vitality, and joy.
I look forward to helping you on your path to wellness by helping you reduce symptoms, gain confidence, and find relief!
